Property Building in Homewood Suites By Hilton Clifton Park
We drove up to Albany from the lower Hudson Valley to visit family and friends and needed a place to stay for one night. This property was conveniently located in that it was easy to reach all the places we needed to go. The staff was very friendly. The suite was quite spacious and very clean. Although we did not need it, it had a full kitchen which would well serve anyone there on an extended stay who wanted to do their own cooking.

I loved the spacious room! I loved the hot breakfast, though the food in general was a little overcooked. It was however awesome to have a hot buffet, rather than just prepackaged items like many hotels have gone to since covid. Check in and check out was seamless and they allowed an extra daytime guest to visit and use the pool with my daughter, which was great customer service!

These rooms work well for us, as we have older kids who prefer not to share a bed. Having a sofa bed really helps. The room seemed very clean. Having a kitchenette and dining area meant we could just get take out, which was all we wanted - there are a number of take outs in the mall nearby. Breakfast buffet was good and the dining area was well maintained.

The social hour and breakfast foods were amazing. This is one of the main reasons our family came back to stay again at this hotel when traveling through the area. Also Lanier in the restaurant was such a helpful, polite, and kind young man. Really a huge blessing to our family. We will be back! :) also thank you for opening the fitness room again!!
